Situated in the shadow of the Pleasure Beach's Big One rollecoaster on South Promenade,  a short walk away you will find Sandcastle Waterpark, Grosvenor Casino and South Pier too.   

Kings is also well-served by bus and tram routes, so you can easily explore Blackpool in its entirety, as well as heading south to neighbouring Lytham St Annes and north to Cleveleys and Fleetwood. 

Many rooms have panoramic views across the sea, promenade and illuminations and some Family Rooms feature a "room within a room," allowing parents and children to have their own private spaces.
