Miss Inform, equipped in her "hi-vis" not-so-typically tourist guide outfit is the alternative hostess with the mostess to the sights and sounds of South Beach.    Performed by Jenny Wilson of Irregular Arts, the tours have been developed by South Beach Beacons, a local community group who are also behind the upcoming Blackpool Carnival.
