  Little Touches was treated to an exclusive Press Launch on Friday 23rd March, giving us a sneak peek at a much welcomed addition to Blackpool's visitor offering .   The multi-million pound elephant facility, which has been named Project Elephant Base Camp, will open to the public on Saturday 24th March.
