Blackpool’s wonderful Michael Wan’s Wok Inn truly is the seaside Noodle Bar. With a central location right opposite North Pier, the stunning views make your dining experience one to remember. There's the option to dine in the lavish building or al fresco where you can watch the sun go down and the famous Blackpool Illuminations.

An Asian fusion menu is really something to look forward to and with clear indicators about Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan, you can sit back and relax and just enjoy the food.

On my most recent trip I experienced the wonderful Pad Thai and the Prawn Tempura (The prawn tempura was Gluten Free and a first for me, a ceoliac!) Then my partner which got the shredded duck Boa burger and the popular BBQ Ribs, actually said he found “his dish.” Despite being a self-proclaimed "fussy eater" he fell in love with these soft rolls which are like nothing he has had before. We both also got an Amaretto Sour, which was two for £13! (A tasty surprise)

Overall, this one of a kind restaurant offered me a 5-Star experience and with quick service and friendly members of staff, the experience was something I look forward to doing again. This was much more than a bite to eat, a trip to Michael Wan’s Wok Inn is an event.
