Our very own Mr. Blackpool had the following message on 12th April:

Today's the day that Blackpool's many millions of visitors will once again be able to ride the rides of Blackpool Pleasure Beach and Blackpool Piers and say hello to the animals at Blackpool Zoo, plus grab a bite at a wide choice of eateries and bag a bargain at our shops. Staying over is strictly self-contained for now, but all remaining accommodation options will soon follow on 17th May. At that time our hosts and hoteliers will be joined in offering our famous warm Blackpool welcome by indoor attractions and shows will finally be able to light their lights to enable performers to sing their songs and strut their stuff. In what stands to be the biggest year for Blackpool in recent history, I'll be doing my very best to play my part to ensure the highest number of people possible head back home with the intention of returning again (and again). Who is ready for the 2021 Big One?
